Head - Credit Risk - SME

We are urgently looking for Head-Risk for Mumbai Location.

Ideal candidate would be one having 12 – 15 yrs of experience in credit risk on the working capital side (assets) – SME working finance.

Salary may go up to Rs. 25 lakhs/Annum.

It is a national role. The incumbent is expected to handle Pan India risk management. However the position is based out of Bombay.

Job Description:

- To establish and manage a team and the procedures for assessing of the credit risk of the clients.

- To analyse the Industry / sector trend and actively suggest to enter or exit an Industry at appropriate time.

- To analyse the geographical dynamics relating to industry / portfolio

- To understand risk pertaining to a client and provide appropriate mitigants to cover the risk

- To personally visit high value clients Pan India

- To establish the credit policy for India Factoring and modify it from time to time to be in line with market practices.

- To monitor the trends with all areas of the client portfolio and manage the risk within approved parameters

- To establish procedures for periodical risk reviews / monitoring of clients & counter parties

- To liaise with Insurance companies, Banks, Institution, Network Associates with a view to grow business and explore avenues of down-selling /risk participation of client / debtor risk wherever possible.
