The incumbent will be given Co Founder status alongside attractive equity options. The KRAs include: - Strategic business planning &amp; review - Team building, development &amp; management - Credit risk evaluation, assessment &amp; policy formulation - Credit research, controls, appraisals, due diligence / verification &amp; underwriting - Fraud risk containment, risk analysis, mitigation &amp; management - Portfolio management &amp; monitoring Operations, audit &amp; compliance - System implementation &amp; predictive modelling - Data analytics &amp; management Desired Skills and Experience: - In-depth knowledge of contemporary NBFC/ Fintech landscape - Highly intuitive as well as analytical - Hands on experience on green-field management - Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Effective negotiation skills - Proactive solutions-provider and high execution competency
