1. Conduct Strategic Credit Committee meeting as per corporate guidelines 2. Increase channel finance facility to key partners to meet their working capital requirements to achieve targeted growth 3. Regular review with each Business Zone through credit committee meeting and suggest necessary actions needs to be implemented to achieve KPIs including risk mitigation 4. Reduction of interest rates on channel finance program 5. Regular engagement & meeting with key partners & customers to understand their challenge & provide solutions 6. Regular review of sticky & high overdue cases with business controllers/ heads to decide improvement plan 7. Business enabler through collaboration & simplification of existing Credit processes to improve productivity and internal efficiency 8. Regular assessment & risk analysis done and share with business & credit committee 9. The actual risk is shared with zone CFO as per corporate guidelines 10. Basis inputs from team, initiate the discussion with respective cross-function to review the gap/ SLA/ scope etc and to finalize the way forward. 11. CA or Regular MBA (Finance) (MANDATORY) 12. Experience Range 12 to 22 Years (STRICTLY)
