Head - Credit & Risk - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and lead credit and risk management functions within the Supply Chain Finance domain, ensuring alignment with both fintech and NBFC regulations.

- Develop and implement robust credit policies, leveraging advanced technologies, data analytics, and machine learning for risk assessment and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge fintech solutions and traditional NBFC practices for comprehensive risk mitigation.

- Evaluate and enhance credit scoring models, ensuring adaptability to evolving market dynamics.

- Navigate regulatory landscapes specific to both fintech and NBFC operations within the supply chain finance domain.

Requirements:

- CA or CFA and MBA

- Proven experience in credit and risk management within the fintech and NBFC sectors, with expertise in supply chain finance.

- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning for risk assessment.

- Sound knowledge of NBFC regulations and compliance requirements, coupled with an understanding of emerging fintech trends.

- Demonstrated ability to navigate the dynamic regulatory environments of both fintech and NBFC.
