Head - Credit Risk and analytics with a fintech

Will be responsible for entire life-cycle of lending :

- Managing the Underwriting Team and its automation Initiatives with the focus on maintaining asset quality and to decrease underwriting TAT

- Leading the Portfolio Management and Customer Service Team for delivering superior service and ensuring optimal loan performance. Ensuring portfolio quality standards is a very key deliverable

- Overseeing marketing, promotion and various digital marketing Initiatives with the focus on building a "Fintech" brand and reducing the cost of customer acquisition

- Usage of Technology and Analytics towards imparting "Fintec DNA" within the organization

- Strategizing for Effective & Efficient Ops and IT functioning

- Planning & Implementing cost-effective IT Infrastructure for the Organization
