Job Title : Head Credit Policy

Base Location : Mumbai

Reporting : Head - Credit & Risk

Experience : 8 - 12 Years

Education : MBA (Finance) / CA

Industry Preference : NBFC/ Banks only

CTC : Upto 30 LPA Fixed + PLI Bonus

- Preparing and monitoring of Credit & Risk Policy for ME (Business Loan against Property, Small Commercial Vehicle and Gold Loans and Small and Medium Enterprise Loans, Loan Against Property, CC/OD Products.)

- Establishing a robust Credit Analytic Framework to identify early warning signals, credit risk process inputs and customer segment wise risk factors

- Establishing credit vendor tracking framework to identify gaps and risks

- Publishing key risk MIS

- Establishing market benchmarking, Intelligence and competition tracking

- Establishing training framework for underwriters

- Underwriting quality control
