Job Description:-

(A) Formulate Overall credit policy for Affordable Housing product

(B) To formulate underwriting criteria, create and manage a team of Zonal Credit Heads across locations

(C) To assess the credit risk and adopt suitable course corrections

(D) Carry out periodical portfolio analysis and present to management

(E) To initiate suitable process changes to reduce risk and improve overall efficiency

(F) To manage committed level of TAT across all levels
