Credit policy designing , implementation & management Credit risk analytics.

- Credit policy designing, administration , implementation, standardization and adherence of existing process through trainings .

- To suggest changes in existing policies and detailing drafts policies for focus areas.

- Working with credit and IT team for building credit rules in certain Digital platform.

- Working closely with Business intelligence and analytics team as functional support to develop scoring card base credit system , Geo-profiling of locations to expand , repayment behavior study on different categories of customers .

- Conducting monthly portfolio review presentations for respective products with Senior Management.

- Risk analysis, management and monitoring of asset portfolio to generate Early Warning Signals, potential areas to focus and pro-active measures to senior management.

- Industry analysis vis- vis Peer groups in industry.

- Involvement in selection of new locations basis geo profiling from bureau.

- Providing cross selling inputs to product team from existing portfolio.

- Post financing critical analysis of credit assessments w.r.t delinquency to indicate areas of improvement.

- To build , run and monitoring credit audit scoring system to have coverage of entire gamut of login to disbursement processes in coordination with internal audit team.

- Works as a bridge between internal audit team and credit team for adherence of processes.

- Working closely with fraud control unit .

- To ensure adherence of PDD management process.

- Credit underwriting & loan administration

- Financial analysis of applicants, peer group comparison, credit investigation, risk rating of borrower accounts, identifying suitable style of credit.

- Managing of end to end financing process from the initiation of loan to pre-disbursement stage and ensuring correct capturing of data across all the stages in LOAN ORIGINATING SYSTEM.

- Assessing risk of all retail, strategic & super strategic lending proposals after conducting due diligence checks through onsite visits, preliminary vetting of legal documents & financial analysis.

- Compliance with lending policy guidelines, financial benchmarks and suggesting permissible deviations.

- Presenting proposals, evolving alternatives, working up decisions to appropriate levels and hammering out viable decisions; communicating sanctions.

- Supervising post approval activities, loan documentation, sanction conditions, registration of modification and satisfaction of charges.

- Conduct on site visits to ensure funds are utilized by borrowers for intended purposes.

- Frequently analyzing to monitor health status of accounts and prevent slippages.KYC compliance as per RBI guidelines.

- Continuously attending respective lending forums to keep our knowledge up to date.

- People & vendor management.

- Monitoring, motivating and guiding team members to ensure ensure maintaining healthy portfolio.

- Raining team members and subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products.
