Responsibilities:
- Drive operations excellence initiatives using data backed strategies
- Manage and grow third party vendor relationships such as Bureaus, KYC solution providers, Fraud detection solutions
- Drive KPIs such as customer approval turnaround time, application fraud reduction and cost efficiency
- Manage day to day operations of credit underwriting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Tier 1 college graduates
- 3-5 years of experience in startups
- 2-3 years of experience in operations team management
- Experience in automating operation processes to make them more efficient
- Experience in cross team collaboration especially between operations and product & tech teams
- Experience with basic data analytical tools (such as excel, SQL)

- Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team
- Impeccable written and oral communication, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
