1. Incumbent will be a part of senior management team,

2. will be leading, managing and continuously improving credit appraisal &monitoring process across lending products.

3. Shall be instrumental in defining new & refining existing credit monitoring policies for robust credit process.

4. Lead the complete credit appraisal & credit monitoring process of the SME lending business

5. Candidate having Exp. of leading credit process for lending business especially SMEs is preferred.

6. Unsecured lending credit appraisal experience preferred.
