About our Client - Our client is one of the leading fintech companies in India. They specialise in aggregation of various financial products and are well funded. With rapid expansion in their business, they are looking for a highly motivated senior professional with strong experience in retail banking sales to build a large team of qualified and highly motivated individuals.
Job Description - Reporting to the CEO, you will be required to:
- Build, train and motivate a large sales team of over 150 people to meet the business goals
- Ensure strict compliance to regulatory norms in meeting the sales targets
- Conceptualize and implement channel sales strategies
- Identify new markets and product strategies to increase productivity of the sales channels
- Build strategic partnerships with developers/ retailers/ malls etc. for targeted acquisition strategies
- Liaison with internal teams for seamless and efficient delivery of the product for improving customer experience Analyze sales data on a monthly basis to ensure that the service parameters are met
- Conduct performance planning and appraisals for the sales team in a timely manner
The Successful Candidate - You will have:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in retail sales
- Considerable experience in driving results through a large sales team
- High result orientation and customer focus in a retails sales format
- Excellent communication, networking and relationship management skills
- Strategic and analytical focus
- MBA from Tier I B-schools will be preferred.
