- Increase Share of Wallet, Avenues of spends, Digital/contactless penetration, repayments etc to build spends on the cards
- Monitor spends quality, interchange mix, spend risk from interchange and fraud perspective
- Build and run Upgrade and CLIP strategy, to ensure that spends pickup and customer engagement goes up
- Build a portfolio of alliance offers for customers and manage it to control spends shifts/build-up
- Manage portfolio activation, dormancy, inactivity, blocking/unblocking, renewals, replacements, NUNP and closures/purging
- Own the P&L lines linked with AIF/Spends, like late fees, OVL, interchange etc.
- Build and run customer journeys so that experience is top notch, results in better NPS
- Engage and work in collaboration with other units of the Bank, like compliance, legal, digital teams, products teams etc.
