We have been mandated by our client which is a well-established large size diamond & jewelry export company to scout for a talented creative and marketing head with a strong execution and growth mindset to lead organizations key marketing, graphics and visual merchandising functions. Position : Creative & Marketing Head Job Location : Mumbai Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs Desired : International exposure a big plus Key Responsibilities : 1. To develop and lead a support team which will : a. Create presentations, graphics, and other client facing materials for different departments across the organization b. Create content writing and concept testing for product development team c. Source visual merchandising materials for sales teams and trade shows 2. To develop and lead a marketing team which will : a. Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement across channels b. Manage a consistent brand presence at various touchpoints - corporate website, recruitment website and social media c. Manage customer and trade outreach as well as client visits d. Coordinate with an external agency which will aid your team in external marketing related activities Desired candidates profile : - 3-6 years of marketing experience - An MBA with specialization in marketing - International exposure/experience a big plus - Good eye for aesthetic - Strong execution mindset - Fluency and strong command on English language - Budget and team management experience a plus
