Head - Creative & Digital Marketing - Media (14-20 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 752390

- Must have over 14+ (12+ for manager) years of high quality experience in advertising and Creative services, digital, Marcom, branding and communication

- 8+ years as a professional graphic designer and 4+  years experience in supervisory role

- Post graduate or graduate degree in design (is preferable)

- Strong foundation in print and traditional media

- Strong experience in B2B communication

- Good handle on digital, social media, interactive and new media

- Producing sketches or 'storyboards' or 'roughs' or 'scamps' to communicate ideas to the client

- Be highly creative and have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing techniques

- Demonstrated skills in translating client briefs into insight driven effective communication strategies and material

- Pitching ideas to clients and briefing other members of the creative team

- Commissioning specialists, designers and art workers, to work on projects, managing projects, on and off location

- Must have experience in planning and executing creative strategy across media platforms

Culture exposure

- Global exposure, understanding of design trends across various geographies

- Experience in global stakeholder management

- Experience in working on global accounts

Leadership skills ( people management skills ) :

- Define the creative strategy and the vision for the creative teams

- Must have experience in leading large teams (across creative capabilities- writing, design, presentation, interactive etc.)

- Keen understanding of business, driving growth, meeting revenue and cost targets

- Sharp executive presence and client management skills

Other attributes :

- Ability to work under pressure - handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to frequent changes in the nature of requests.

- Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently when dealing with multiple requests and stakeholder changes/feedback/suggestions.

- Be a change agent who can drive and motivate teams

- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well as part of a team, with a range of people

- Have a good eye for detail and be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism

Technical Knowledge:

Proficient in PowerPoint, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

- Proficient in Print and digital design, good understanding of the print nuances and digital trends, Understanding of HTML and CSS

- Familiarity with industry standard UX and UI design and prototyping tools; Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision, Zeplin

- Employs a range of design, prototyping, motion, animation, editing and audio tools, methods and styles to capture and create visual content, including Sketch or Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects.

- Have a working knowledge and understanding of film language and animation.

- Understand digital best practice, design principles as well as being a champion for user experience. Recognize design theory, composition, graphic design and show creative skills beyond 2D and technical knowledge
