Job Location: Bangalore Job Objective: To help the company engage with prospects and customers more meaningfully across mediums. To work with designers, animators, copywriters and growth marketers to achieve strategic objectives of the company like accelerating sales opportunities, improving product adoption, increasing campaign conversions, attracting talent and employee engagement. Job Responsibilities: - Building Design Language & Systems - Building Product Marketing Collaterals - decks, webpages, films, docs etc to explain the Company's value proposition across multiple global geographies - Brand Communication to all stakeholders (customer, investors, employees) through various mediums - Closely working with Business Development, HR, Customer Success and other teams for their requirements - Define vision for the team and inspire them to do great work Desired Candidate Profile: - Have 6-10 years of experience leading Creative Teams - Strong Design Fundamentals across mediums - Experience in building teams, processes and brands from scratch.
