- Receiving Customer orders from Sales- Regions   - Capacity planning  - Provide order completion dates to sales team  - Preparation and release of Technical Specification for new extruder orders.  - Internal release of new extruder orders.  - Coordinating Pre-Contract Review meetings  - Conducting Post-CR release meetings.  - Project Planning of all projects  - Co-ordination between different functions.  - Project reviews, updating & reporting the status.  - Monitoring the status of project - Design, procurement & assembly.  - Corrective actions and rescheduling the projects.  - Barrels - Configuration, MRP & STO to CBE.  - Shafts - Configuration, MRP & PR.  - Elements - Configuration, MRP & PR.  - BOM, MRP & STO for Technology Centre items like Gearbox (Steer make), barrel supports, inserts & plugs, Feeders etc.  - Material Master [SAP] - Creation of New Material Codes for components & Sub- Assemblies.  - Creation of Bill of Material for Sub- Assembly, & Extruder, Auxiliaries, Spares & additional.  - Creation of Classes, Characteristics, Characteristic Values etc. for New Extruder type.  - Creation of new Characteristics for respective Extruder Type under Subassembly Classes.  - Creation of new Characteristic Values for under different Characteristics.  - Configuring Extruder Sales Orders for Extruder, Barrels, Shafts & elements.  - Stock Transfer for Orders on CBE for Barrels, MRP for Shafts, MRP for Elements.  - MRP for Extruders resulting in Purchase Requests for Purchase Team & Planned Orders converted to Production Orders for Assembly Team.  - Preparing final checklist for the projects requirement & customer requirement.  - Spares Requirements (Free of Charge / replacements under warrantee/ store stock).  Recording the Requirement in Spread Sheet.  Preparing BOM.  Getting the Sale Order created.  Monitoring of consumption  - Monitoring progress of orders  - Weekly status presentation to sales team  - On time completion of orders /projects  - MIS reporting  - LT Dash board preparation  - Period end closing activities of all functions - Coordination  - Product costing and control  - Profitability analysis and decisions  - Team development  - Training to subordinates  - People management skills
