Head- Counselling
- Responsible for end to end management of leads-from identifying qualified leads, nurturing them, following up and closure
- Take the top line ownership by meeting Admission targets for the University.
- Provide his/her inputs in formulating strategies in order to help to convert the leads to admissions.
- Provide feedback to marketing team on leads and help in finding right leads by analyzing data and leads responses.
- Be a part of team to help and decide the future course of action by gathering and providing inputs of admission trends of competitions.
- Lead a team of counsellors, display effective leadership skills, nurture their talent and groom them for effective output and growth.
