Head - Corporate Strategy - Mergers & Acquisition - Automotive

- Identify avenues for new business initiatives/ tie-ups/ collaborations etc.

- Maintain updates on new production technologies, capabilities etc. in the Auto Industry

- Survey opportunities for alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships etc. and initiate liaison with them for possible business venture along with the HOD

- Conduct due diligence and valuation of business opportunities to assess business potential for compnay

- Carry out financial feasibility of prospective opportunities/ proposals

- Collate business performance data and compare with business plans to identify key focus areas for Top Management

- Prepare draft business case for Top Management and present case for approval along with the HOD

- Facilitate the development of annual business plan

- Prepare and submit business proposals/ feasibility analysis etc. related data to HOD and Top Management in a timely manner
