Head - Corporate Strategy - FMCD/FMCG

- Corporate Strategy & BD function implements corporate level strategy for the group in investments, new business and develops strategy

- The function continuously tracks the business environment of each existing business, develops and negotiates project proposals including alliance opportunities such as joint ventures, M&A and develops and maintains relationship with external consultants, bankers and business and government functionaries.

- The team functions with very broadly defined objectives, using constructive thinking and a significant degree of judgment to plan and execute initiatives.

- Experience in different facets of Strategy including M&A, Market Entry Strategy, Growth Strategy, Business Planning, Financial Modeling, Market Planning and Strategy

- Multi-Industry exposure is a Must
