- Evaluate opportunities for Merger and Acquisitions by analyzing potential synergies, fit with the organisation in partnership with business and product teams.

- Performing financial analysis and building financial models. Make presentations for valuation scenarios and risk of the investment to business unit leaders and senior leaders

- The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working in corporate development team at a technology company

- The candidate must be a qualified CA / CFA / MBA from Tier-1 B-schools

- Responsible for presenting business insights through Management Meeting , Investor Meetings for improvising business Performance for Acquired Entities

- Track and analyze the landscape to identify Merger and Acquisition transactions for potential targets and strategic investments led partnerships. Build in-depth thesis for selected sectors
