RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Activities:

- Build strong CSR strategies for the organization with a short and long term vision in mind

- Create CSR charter for the organization and evangelize it with key stakeholders

- Responsible for defining, developing and overseeing the Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy in order to ensure the alignment of business practices, policies and procedures with social, environmental, economic, ethical and human standards as well as national and international norms.

- Ability to develop educational, healthcare, social or environment related projects & build an institution which can do a lot of development work.

- Responsible for proposal drafting, editing, coordinating with CSR Committee, documents & getting the proposal approved by them

- Prepare regular report on the activities performed and submit to Reporting Line.

- Continuous update of sectorial knowledge, reading professional publications and imparting the same knowledge to the team members.

- Work on innovative ideas/formats and concepts while developing proposals for livelihood, health, education & environment.

- Monitor and evaluate ongoing programs to document outcomes, successes, and areas for improvement.

- Establish a mechanism to budget and execute CSR programs.

- Manage CSR dashboard, including establishment of benchmarks for programs and communication including ongoing tracking, auditing, reporting, and supporting compliance for all contributing India entities.

- Build and expand visibility of the brand as a socially responsible one, working closely with Corporate Communications. Identify potential milestones for PR and media outreach

- Knowledge on CSR strategies and practices in the industry

- Business and other partnering abilities to sustain CSR efforts

- Ability to engage with various stakeholders (villagers, gram panchayat and other elected / statutory bodies, employees, leadership teams)

- Influencing skills (to engage with Board, Leadership Team)

- Communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Networking and liaisoning skills
