Head - Corporate Social Responsibility - Construction/Cement/Metal Business

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for strategizing and planning interventions followed by execution and impact assessment amongst stakeholders.

- Work closely with the business team to ensure social license to operate.

- Planning and implementation of key CSR projects.

- Stakeholder engagement both internal and external to ensure sustainable execution of projects in education, health, livelihood etc.

- Effective liaison with local stakeholders, media and government authorities.

- Preparing structured stakeholder engagement plan and ensuring effective implementation.

Qualification:

- MSW or equivalent degree with 3-4 years of experience in CSR function.

- Should be fluent in Oriya language
