JOB DESCRIPTION: Head - CSR

Location - Chennai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for formulating CSR plan (activities & budget) for construction business

- Responsible for ensuring high quality program delivery by providing strong leadership and management.

- Delivering and implementation of CSR plans (Operational Leadership) i.e. to work closely with the regional & location CSR teams for rolling out the approved CSR intervention plans for operationalizing & achieving project outcomes and impact.

- Formulating plan for external and internal stakeholder engagement & management.

- Management of existing & new partner organizations / NGOs and under taking employee volunteering programs.

- People Management and reviewing CSR teams and plans based on annual targets

- Documentation and building partnerships with partner organizations.

- Monitors Project design and construction schedules, budgets and costs; plans for and controls cost and schedule contingencies; submits formal reports to the management team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE OF:

Age :40-50 years

Gender :Female

Education Qualification: BA- Rural Development, MSW or MA- Rural Development

Industry :Engineering/Mfg/O&G/Relevant sectors (No IT/ITES/BFSI)

EXPERIENCE & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

- Around 20+ years of related experience in CSR.

- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

- Ability to connect with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Range: 60- 70Lacs
