- This person should have an ability to idea, develop & run educational, healthcare, social or environment related projects & build an institution which can do a lot of development work in India

- Candidate should be adept at crisis & disaster management, govt. liaison & admin processes.

- Should be someone stature enough to be a potential board member

- He/she should have handled enormous contributions in this area and with a clean track record.

- Candidates from the IPS / Police (eg. Police Commissioners) or IAS Officers, / from an educational or from the corporate sector CSR dept. currently heading / leading the CSR initiatives of large Indian and multi-national corporate, NGOs

- Someone who has ideally managed large CSR spends of a minimum of 80-100 crores and upwards

Age : 55 yrs. approx.

Mumbai based candidates are preferred.
