Role Involves:
- Sets Strategic direction of CSR for the region
- Responsible for managing budgets
- Provides stewardship to Team Member Networks and guide them to create high impact programs
- Establishes and maintains relationships and partnerships for the geographic territory.
- Works closely with the line of business leaders to achieve goals set by key stakeholders in the geography by managing community partnerships and philanthropy programs
Ensures effective and efficient process for the review and decisioning of grants.
Financial
- Budget effectively for current and future needs and efficient allocation of grants .
- Monitor expense budget items for his / her team. Manage cost items within budget.
- Use optimal resourcing mix to attain financial goals.
Operational Management:
- Manage team performance to budget and in line with overall departmental objectives
- Establishment of performance measures tied to business outcomes
- Review and drive improvements in policies, practices and procedures on an ongoing basis with the view to creating an environment of constant improvement and transformation .
- Evaluate impact, implement and measure improvements in standards achieved. Build up and maintain a sound knowledge of industry practices and examine value to the current internal environment
- Ensure no surprises, and active risk management.
- Create visibility of the function through reporting / metrics for EGS management and communication and branding
Relationship Management
- Initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across Internal as well as external organizations and the government.
- Understand the business goals and priorities of the respective stakeholders to deliver the same.
- Establish effective communication with partners
