Responsibilities : MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for providing support to displaced families and monitoring R&R and CSR efforts of KPO
1.Policy Formulation and Compliance
Ensuring R&R Policies fully comply with the organization's and Odisha Government's R&R Policy.
Work towards meeting international best practices in resettlement of displaced families and making development inclusive .
Documentation of good practices/achievements and sending them to Communication team.
2.Monitoring Implementation
Making sure that there are no gaps between policy and their actual implementation .
Maintaining an MIS for facilitating review of progress in implementation.
Carrying out periodic report for management review of the implementation process .
Indicating gaps and coordinatingefforts between different process owners to ensure implementation of timely remedial measures through specific or policy level intervention.
3.Grievance Redressal of displaced Families
Counselling DPs and PAPs, particularly women DPs and key leaders on grievances and stress generated due to the change process .
Documentation of specific or general grievance/complaint of displaced families .
Facilitate monthly review of progress in mitigating grievance/complaints of displaced families .
Coordinating with all agencies for ensuring that complaints of displaced families are promptly and satisfactorily met .
Facilitating any third party or social audit and impact evaluation, as may be required.
4.Responsibilty for key social-development strategies
Make sure that SHGs are helped to augment income of families .
Children of DPs are helped with scholarship to acquire professionals skills under the organization's Parivar Scholarship Scheme .
Remain responsible for monitoring implementation of Cash-in-lieu of employment scheme.
5.Coordination between various departments coming under Corporate services
Assist GM(CS) in convening team meetings of departments under corporate services,preparing minutes and monitoring follow up .
Assist GM(CS) in documentation for coordination within the Corporate Services and communication with outside agencies
