Head - Corporate Sales - Corporate Gifting Division
As the Corporate Sales Head for our gifting division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients, expand our market presence, and achieve revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the corporate gifting market, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Align sales initiatives with the company's overall goals and objectives.
New Business Development:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new corporate accounts through proactive sales efforts, networking, and relationship building.
- Identify key decision-makers, understand their needs and pain points, and present tailored gifting solutions to address their requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and requests.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Market Analysis and Insights:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to corporate gifting.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation, pricing optimization, and sales strategy refinement.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance against targets, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the gifting industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate gifting trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
