Head - Corporate & Regulatory Affairs - BFSI

Senior Position reporting to CEO

Responsible :

- For advising and managing issues arising out of developments and trends in the political and business environment

- For representing Company and its views on common interest with Govt. bodies and enlist broad support for these views

- For ensuring access to and credibility with Govt. departments relevant to our business (Finance/Health/Commerce)

- For Monitoring and assessing information on developments and public issues that could affect company business and ensure effective management

- For Monitoring / assesing the regulation and control activity around the world to build preparedness

Preference will be for people :

1. Working in Listed companies

2. Having sound Regulatory / taxation exposure

3. Having exposure to liaison with Govt . departments/ Bodies
