Requirements:

- MSc / M.Tech having exp of Heading Corporate Quality Assurance & Analytical Lab Operations for an leading FMCG company.

- Understanding of dietary guidelines (Indian and Global) ,Competitive evaluation of claims Research acumen, Good Communication and Presentation skills, Lean, six sigma, Project management.

- Head Corporate Quality & Analytical Lab Operations of an R&D Centre for an FMCG company.

- Role includes to lead Operational aspects of Product Life Management process, R & D Budget, R & D people and infrastructure planning, Analytical Lab Operations, Claims Management, Dietary Guidelines for a leading FMCG Company. R&D Team Management & Team Coaching skills is a must.

Lab Operation Management :

- Oversee daily operations including: laboratory, quality, logistic, and managerial duties.

- Monitor monthly laboratory indicators (operating costs, TAT, productivity, etc.) to understand and control efficiencies in the lab to allow for sustainable and rapid growth.

- Understand and follow all our Quality System document reviews, policies and ISO 17025 requirements and imparts periodic training sessions.

- Ensure that all pertinent company health, safety and environmental programs.

- Strong scientific and technical acumen in advanced analytical instrumentation and interpretation of results using statistical software packages.
