Head - Corporate/Project Finance - Power & Energy Firm

As an ideal candidate:

1) You will be a corporate finance professional with between 15-20 years of proven track record of raising funds primarily via the debt route.

2) You should come from the Utilities/Energy/Power/Infrastructure space having raised a total of more than INR 7,000 Cr worth of funds including individual deals worth more than INR 1000cr.

3) You should have excellent executive presence with a track record of leading teams and liaising with board of directors.

4)An extremely hands on corporate finance leader with a stable career path is a must

Reporting in to the Head of Finance and the Group CFO, as the Head of - Project finance, you shall be responsible for:-

- Raising debt in large scale transactions (up to more than 1000 crores of debts from a single bank).

- Ensure regulatory compliance for all transactions carried out by you and your team.

- Liaise with the business and the BUs to ensure that you are advising them on the best terms and proposals/strategies for receiving sanctions

- Come with a strong banking network
