Responsibilities

- Our client Litigation and Preventive Law department seeks to add Senior litigation who will manage internal team. He will manage litigation of all types, including commercial disputes, products liability, intellectual property (patent, trademark and trade secret), environmental, and insurance recovery and coverage.

- Primary duties will focus on products liability and commercial disputes in the country., and also could include managing any of the above types of litigation.

- Will provide litigation advice and case management oversight to other 3M lawyers assigned to business units or staff groups, and will closely partner with our business lawyers to manage cases and to ensure early intervention in potential disputes to avoid litigation.

- Experienced legal services litigator, able to simultaneously handle multiple complex cases in state and federal courts,.

- Must be able to mentor, train and supervise attorneys at wide range of experience levels. Must also handle a significant array of senior management tasks, including fundraising, grant compliance.

Highly effective written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to communicate and relate at all levels of the organization including business line leaders, regional heads and senior management.

Strong Networking among Lawyers and Indian and English law firms Matters related to Property Laws, Indian Stamp Act, Company Laws, IPR Laws, Arbitration Laws, Consumer Protection Act, Criminal Laws, MCD & NDMC Act, DDA Act, Building Bye Laws of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, Land Acquisition Laws, etc.
