Head - Corporate Legal & Regulatory - LLB - Shared Services

I am hiring for a role Head - Corporate legal & Regulatory with one of my client into the Shared Services domain:

Location: Pune

Job role:

- The incumbent is a key member of the Legal team and is expected to support the general counsel in addressing legal and compliance issues.

- The incumbent will be directly accountable to the General Counsel for providing legal support and responsibility in providing corporate legal support in executing business expansion plans.

- To provide advisory support on corporate law, contracts law, information technology laws, intellectual property rights, real estate laws, merger, and acquisitions etc.

- Responsible for assisting the General Counsel in setting up policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with the other team members and provide assistance in formulating, drafting and implementing policies associated with their respective areas of excellence.

Should be well aware of laws like employment law & real estate law.

Required experience :

12-15 years of experience in the legal domain.
