Head - Corporate Insurance - Bank

Role:

- Managing the insurance department for all entities of the bank in India.

Responsibilities include:

- Deciding best coverage at best price for the property, liability and Employee benefit portfolio for the bank. This encompasses review of coverage, negotiation and placement, administration and claims processing.

- Creating and customizing insurance requirements to meet with specific risk issues of business units

- Liaising with Asia Pac and HO for alignment with the global risk and insurance coverage's and culture

- Risk management and advisory on various regulatory, compliance and industry issues regarding insurance.

- Strategic risk review in terms of insurance implications and advise on various legal agreements and third party exposures.

- Networking and liaising with all relevant stakeholders - insurers, brokers, and internal clients like entity COOs, HR, legal, CRES etc.
