Job Profile :

- Will head Human Resources Function with E2E ownership from Corporate Head Quarters

- Plan and Execute People Strategies and Policies. Set Stage for World Class Talent Management, Recruitment Systems, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits

Desired Profile :

- Masters in Human Resources Management with 20 to 22 Years (Preferably in the Mid Forties) with at-least 2-3 yrs of experience as HOD for a Large MNC into Manufacturing .

Compensation: 4 to 5 Million INR
