Person who has independently handled the manpower planning, recruitments, talent reviews, talent development including PMS and HR Dashboards, Presentations, L&D etc. Talent Acquisition : - Develop comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the human capital needs of organization goals - Identifying & Planning Organization requirements of manpower and budget - Experience of talent acquisition strategy development (Campus Hiring), strategic recruitment techniques (Cadre building) - Lead a team of specialists for end-to-end talent acquisition - Lead sourcing of potential candidates through online channels like LinkedIn - Lead screening of candidates and short listing based on telephonic interviews - Sharing feedback with the respecting hiring managers - Identify future requirements and develop relationships with prospective candidates Talent Management : - Develop comprehensive retention plans to meet the human capital needs of organization goals - Responsible for effective implementation of onboarding and offboarding / exit process. - Continuous review of the legal compliance in the human resource vertical. Work with the Finance and Senior Management team to have all the compliances in place. - Work on the best practices to improve the overall Hire to Retire module. Continuous improvement on the most efficient manners of on boarding and exit process. - Provide MIS support for attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit Interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards for Division and OU leadership. Work with the leadership team to identify the best modules and systems to be put in place to bring about the most effective systems. - Responsible for ensuring that Appraisal discussions are completed on time People & Organization Culture : - Responsible for formulation, implementation and monitoring of HR Policies and Procedures across the organization to promote healthy working environment to help improve productivity - Develop and implement HR Plans, Strategies and Initiatives to support the achievement of the overall organizational objectives. - Collaborate with the leadership to identify issues and potential solutions specific to the business/people - You will be the primary focal point for the development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes on learning, employee development and high performance. - Ability to drive a culture of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Compliance (SQIC) - Strong understanding of Labour related laws and statutes and ability to manage employee grievances in conjunction with the team. - Ability to connect industry trends, ecosystem changes. Employee Engagement : - Execute all engagement related activities outlined for the month including Fun days, festival celebrations, wellness initiatives, etc. - Ensure healthy participation from employees in all engagement activities on the floor and aim at creating impact through these activities - Develop and execute on strategy for large, complex employee engagement programs, including project management. - Lead needs analysis activities to drive insights that ensure that the experiences we create will best support our employees' success and engagement. - Coordinate with teams across departments to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of activities - Assess employees expectations by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees - Maintain and update EE trackers for the employee programs and initiatives launched during the month. - Support in driving CSR initiatives in tandem with the overall CSR strategy - Research emerging trends and practices in Employee Engagement - Responsible for conducting timely and ongoing Employee Engagement conversations. Follow through on feedback. - Share issues with Biz leaders and managed for effective and timely solutions. Learning & Development : - Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments - Organize training by preparing training schedule and collecting feedback - Monitor progress of training courses and programs - Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems - Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports - Contribute to L&D department events & activities - Perform other tasks that may assign based on the job demands. CTC: _44 to 55 LPA Required Qualification: - Graduation: Preferred BE/B.Tech or Any Stream - Post-Graduation: Preferred MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (TIER1/TIER2) Experience: 10+ Years of Experience Requirement of Skills & Abilities - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Experience in a start-up set up is a plus - Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, safety and sustainability (EHSS) practices. - Possess Business and Financial Acumen with strong analytical skills - High level of professional and personal integrity and ability to exercise good judgment. - Team management skills in leading, motivating, and managing assigned team members to effectively deliver pre- determined learning goals and objectives - Strong Interpersonal skills to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment across a variety of positions and levels with astuteness and sensitivity. - Excellent skills in MS office suite specific high impact PowerPoint presentations. - Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships Other: - Willing to work from Office - Immediate joiners preferred
