Century is one of India's fastest growing Real Estate companies based in Bangalore and we currently have an opening in our Corporate Finance for someone with experience in Corporate Finance & Strategy, Financial and Business feasibility, Business development and Management Consulting, Operations management, investor relation, Fund raising and related roles.

Note:One position will be based out of Mumbai and one out of Bangalore

The role will be responsible for the following:

- Evaluation of land parcels/ projects (acquisition of distressed assets in Bangalore region

- Review and monitoring of organization's performance metrics ranging from sales, collections and cash flows on monthly/ quarterly basis

- Corporate Finance and investor relations

- Secured financing from NBFC's and financial houses for various projects

- Refinancing of existing debt with top up and tenure extension

- Preparation of quarterly investor presentation for presentation to the Board, Shareholders and investor

Minimum Requirements:

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute

- 7 plus years experience in the relevant role

- History of successfully securing of investment from various funding houses
