Job Designation: Head of Finance

Education: CA Qualified

Experience - Min 10 years(post CA 3+ years)

Job Description:

- P& L Accuracy & Balance Sheet Reconciliation.

- To ensure costs are properly matched with revenues.

- All accounts are reconciled and account balances are documented by physical counts, paid invoices,

- Cash Management-

- To ensure adequate management of working capital.

- To investment excess funds in safe liquid instruments.

- Internal Controls

- To ensure sound cash, payroll and disbursement controls are in place.

- To ensure sound F&B cost control systems (including bar and stock controls) are in place.

- To ensure that control systems are monitored and audited on a regular basis.

- Reporting & Analysis

- To critique operating results each month on a timely basis, with follow-up actions to major issues.

- To present financial analysis to executive committee at the end of every month.

- Tax Compliance

- To ensure that tax rates used for GST are current and accurate.

- Forecasting/Budgeting

- To review, forecast and analyze projected and past financials by studying the various trends of market

- Policy Administration.

- To formulate operational and financial policies of the hotel.

- To ensure thorough understanding and proper application of policies.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Independent finalization of Tax audit of LLP concerns.

- Tax planning and tax management-

- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors

- Expertise in Preparing Fixed Assets registers

- Sound Knowledge of analyzing and evaluation financial information.

- Experience in Hospitality Industry will be an added advantage
