Head - Corporate Finance - Automotive

- Role heads the functions of Corporate Finance - Treasury, Fund Raising, Capital Allocation, Risk Portfolio Management, Tax

- Will also include Strategy, Business Planning, and Forecasting

- Strong experience in Business Planning and strategic planning - Quarterly to multi-year plan

- Must have deep insights into managing Risk at the corporate level

- Must have deep exposure to Project Assessment

- Experience/exposure to developed countries is important. At least - Umbrella- understanding of issues/challenges of expansion, fundraising/transfer pricing/taxation.

- Strong exposure to Raising Funds - in India & Internationally with good practical exposure to classical as well as new/innovative fundraising instruments

- Networked & resourceful - can reach out to external resources to address challenges & - get things done-

- Entrepreneur / Promoter driven company experience - critical - Must clearly understand the aspirations & apprehensions of the entrepreneur and - connect- with the same.

- Has experience of Managing business cycles
