Head - Corporate Finance

Incumbent will have the primary responsibility for business development and for building a pipeline of strategic opportunities by sourcing deals, across product lines Debt Capital Markets, Debt Syndication etc.

Overall responsibility for managing end-to-end deal execution which involves preparation of deal collaterals, liaising with client, funds, and all stake holders, valuation, investment thesis, assisting in diligence processes and ensuring closures of transactions.

Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital

Provide investment advice, tactics and recommendations

Support in targeting and winning business

Negotiate and structure financial details

Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations

Prepare legal documents and prospectuses

Assess and predict financial risks and returns

Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies

Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations

Team management.
