Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and work closely with start-up founders. In this role, you will be responsible for distilling their ideas, validating business cases, and helping them raise funds effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting financial modeling for SAAS, D2C, and tech aggregator spaces.

- Assisting founders in clear communication of their problem and solution strategies, as well as maintaining traction while pitching to potential investors.

- Crafting compelling pitch stories and preparing founders for potential questions or objections during pitches, particularly for an audio-visual content platform.

- Setting up finance functions for tech consulting and tech-enabled real estate platforms to ensure reliable and real-time availability of financial information for decision-making.

- Working on capital structure raises (equity and debt).

- Acting as a project manager for acquisitions, including coordination with business owners, lawyers, tax consultants, and investors for a logistics and warehousing company.

- Providing transaction advisory services for upcoming IPOs.

- Operating in a Founder's office role for tech consulting and stealth mode SAAS companies, driving strategic initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across functions, departments, and products.
