Head - Corporate Development - D2C Firm

Our client is a leading D2C brand backed by leading investors is looking for M&A and Corporate Development professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design the overall corporate strategy for the company in close collaboration with the founders

- Design the M&A strategy in close collaboration with the Board of Directors

- Build an internal team and a network of investment banks to identify potential target companies

- Assess strategic fit of target companies and conduct initial conversations

- Drive commercial negotiations with companies and design the financial construct of the acquisition

- Liaison with professional firms to manage the legal and financial due diligence

- Manage the post-merger integration of acquired companies

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in corporate M&A or investment banking across an entire deal lifecycle

- Strong communication and sales skills

- Mandatory undergraduate qualification needed

- Prior entrepreneurial experience or experience working in a start-up
