Job Purpose:
- As a Corporate Communications Head, you will be a crucial member of the Corporate Communication team.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance the MNC brand reputation, market presence, and stakeholder engagement.
- This role requires in-depth knowledge of the financial industry and expertise in crafting compelling messages that resonate with various audiences. You will play a pivotal role in positioning the organization as a trusted and leading player in the Indian equity market.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and business objectives.
Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, financial journalists, and industry influencers to secure positive media coverage and effectively manage media inquiries.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all communication channels, including print, digital media, and events.
Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to safeguard the company's reputation during challenging situations and regulatory issues.
Investor Relations: Assist in creating communication materials for shareholders, potential investors, and financial analysts, providing transparent and accurate information about the company's financial performance and growth prospects.
Internal Communication: Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to foster a strong sense of belonging among employees, ensuring they are well informed about the company's goals, achievements, and updates.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for press releases, website updates, blog posts, thought leadership articles, and social media platforms.
Event Management: Coordinate and support communication efforts for corporate events, seminars, webinars, and conferences, elevating industry thought Leadership.
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and online conversations related to organization , providing valuable insights and analytics to guide future communication strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate/bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience 5-10 years of corporate communications experience in financial services
