Responsible for development, implementation and administration of strategic communications including:

- Internal strategies/programs and external communications; using appropriate media platforms (print, electronic, social etc) to strengthen the corporate image of the business among internal and external stakeholders.

- It also includes crisis management, brand enhancement, employee engagement, public affairs, liaison with local and state government bodies, influencer programs, event management, CSR programs and investor relations.

Scope :

- Media Relations Print, TV, online and social media across conventional and new platforms

- Investor Relations working closely with the CFO

- Internal Communications, Employee Engagement

- Corporate Social Responsibility, Effective communication, helping in implementation
