Client Details

Our client is a large professional services organization with their presence in multiple regions across the globe. They have more than 2000 employees in India and have been operational in India for over a decade.

The role we are recruiting for will lead the Internal Communications function for the client and will be a very significant leadership hire for the company.

Description

Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for:

- Internal and External communications

- Employer branding

- CSR

- Global strategy for internal communication

Profile

You will have atleast 15 years experience working in Corporate Communications function within matrix structures. You should have a very strong understanding of business partnering and should have done substantial work in employer branding.
