Head - Corporate Communication - Manufacturing

We are looking for a passionate leader for the role of Head - Corporate Communications for one of our Prestigious Client.

The Opportunity:

- The incumbent shall play a crucial role in the positioning of the organization and continuous engagement of key stakeholders.

- She/he will be the custodian of the company's brand and reputation.

- Delivering effective and actionable communication solutions and frameworks by leveraging a comprehensive communication strategy will be a key success factor.

- The leader shall devise internal/external campaigns and communication collaterals to communicate business vision, targets, and leadership messaging across multiple platforms.

- She/He shall also be responsible to provide strategic guidance and leadership to cultivate the positive brand image and establish Organization as Best Employer among key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant :

- The ideal incumbent should hold Masters Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

- The ideal incumbent should be with 15+ years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field either in a manufacturing sector or consulting sector in the area of corporate communication.

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory (Read, write and Speak)

- Corporate Communications Professionals who have retired from service and wiling to continue their service as a full time retainer can also apply.

- Corporate Communications Women Professionals who wants to restart their career may also apply.

- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in handling media and Corporate Communication / PR Agencies.

- Exposure to global best practices in corporate communication would be an added advantage.
