Head - Corporate Communication - IT
- Help build a powerful and differentiated global brand at the corporate, industry, and geographic levels by owning reputation management and corporate storytelling.
- Design and execute an integrated communications and messaging strategy aligned with Organisation overall business and people priorities.
- Be a creative, proactive, and strategic thinker, storyteller, and advisor on external and internal communications spanning a wide range of corporate, business, technology, HR, CSR and other themes.
- Demonstrate exceptional strategy and planning skills, outcome-based mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and high caliber of written and verbal communication skills for a global audience.
- Support the company's senior leadership, industry groups as well as corporate functions on all external and internal communication needs.
- Translate corporate developments into meaningful and high-impact narratives for various stakeholders.
- Bring a solid understanding of new-age communication tactics and tools, and a can-do attitude.
- Track key performance metrics, action
- Post-graduate degree, preferably in communications, public relations or related discipline
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in internal communications and employee engagement, including writing for diverse audiences, and creating and implementing multi-channel communications strategies, preferably in a global corporate or agency setting
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write and edit compelling content with no/minimal supervision
- Expertise in external and internal communication programs and channels, with a track record of success in developing, executing and measuring strategic communication
- Ability to form consultative working relationships with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
