Head - Corporate Communication - Consulting Firm

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage a 40+ member team, that delivers services in the area of internal communication, Analyst Relations, Public Relations and Content Marketing. As a leader you will be responsible for creating a strong collaborative team culture that works together to achieve set goals and priorities.

- Responsible for coaching & mentoring the team for the execution and delivery of their objectives as per their set KPI's. Review, monitor and take action as required.

- Work with global stakeholders to ensure that teams are performing well.

- Mentor and guide the team for hi-performance. Manage the quarterly and annual performance and appraisal system.

- Be in charge of all staffing and recruitment of talent. Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to identify the right person for the role. You will also manage all aspects of training and development for the team.

- Build and develop new services. Look at new areas of innovation across the communication and content marketing spectrum, and create new service offerings that can be taken to market. Be innovative in thought and action.

- Manage all financial aspects of running the team including billing, utilization and reporting as per requirement.

Desired candidate: Must have experience managing a minimum of 20+ member team for a least 5 years
