Position : Sr. Manager Brand Marketing

Reporting To : Sr. Director Brand Marketing

Direct Reports : 3

Location : Gurgaon

PURPOSE : Heading the Brand for company. Responsible for driving Brand Equity across all touch points and leading all content creation initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build Brand and Communication strategy for company in India

- Develop and implement marketing programs to build the company Brand across all touch points including Online, Offline and Service

- Support All initiatives on D2C and Digital marketing - Build online Brand Equity, Develop engaging content to drive imagery and conversion across various touch points in the Consumer Digital Journey

- Develop Shopper communication to deliver excellence in last three feet

- Build effective Corporate Brand and Employer Brand across Corporate initiatives

- Social - Build and drive social & engagement strategy

- PR - Lead all PR Initiatives. Deliver to calendarized plan to drive Brand & Corporate equity

Media Buying :

- Lead Media buying to ensure optimal Marketing ROI

- Develop strategic partnerships to help the company leverage scale

- Brand Equity Metrics incl Social metrics

- Marketing ROI

- Content Scorecard

- PR Value
