We are looking for a Business Head to ensure timely payments from the customers and banking partners. You will also play a pivotal role in building bandwidth to streamline banking/commercial operations within the organization. Ultimately, you will maintain our company's financial health and increase profitability in the long run. Primary roles and responsibilities include: - Hands-on experience in home loan operations, documentation and disbursement - Formulate strategy to foster long-term relationship building with banking partners - Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments - Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity - Investigate historical data for each debt or bill - Take necessary remedial actions to encourage timely debt payments - Resolve billing and customer credit issues to streamline transactions - Update account status records and collection efforts on proactive basis - Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status Basic requirements are: - Proven track role in a similar role in a VUCA environment - Leadership abilities with the necessary people skills to manage teams - In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping - Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models - Proficiency in accounting software - Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques - Familiarity with laws/amendments related to debt collection - Working knowledge of MS Office and databases - Hands-on experience in B2B model will be an added advantage - Solid analytical and decision-making skills
