Client is looking at a very senior profile who Will be responsible for taking care of relationship management & Public Affairs work with relevant Ministries in Delhi through bureaucratic channels and Political clout (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Coal, PMO, Ministry of Commerce & Industry Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Niti Aayog, Parliament House)

SHOULD HAVE A STRONG HOLD ON MINISTRY OF FINANCE /MINISTRY OF PETROLEM AND ITS TOP BUROCRATS

Relationship Management, Networking & Group Public Affairs:

- To have connect with relevant Ministry officials & build relationship in keeping with our interests, and position Group representatives effectively.

- To gather market intelligence on new policies influencing our business; understand draft policy guidelines being contemplated and ensure our position is incorporated

- To position the Group as an active partner, table issues, build a position and lobby for policies in our interest, link policy initiatives to our interests and influence outcomes on relevant issues/policies.

- To drive internal engagement and communication with our Business Units that will likely be impacted; support business units to navigate outcomes.

- To enable the highest brand recall as a Responsible Group contributing towards Nation Building

Competitive Intelligence :

- Support Sales in structuring Winning Government Bids

Support to leverage key Industry associations & Think Tanks by:

- Building strong relationship with senior executives of these organizations; familiarity with the domestic industry ecosystem.

- Participating in the deliberations of relevant committees & representing the organization perspective effectively.

- Support Leadership who hold posts in these forums/platforms.

- Participation in the industry association programmes, events, exhibitions that are relevant for the business & its interests.
